1. extra clothing - you gonna sweaT
2. towel/papEr toweLs - good for wipinG and maintenance oF ur marker
3. hiking bootS - good ankLe support. you dont wanna hurt urseLf running in the woods
4. water - freeze it, by the time u get on the fieLd, u ahve a nice coLd drink
5. snacks - for wHen u need energy on fieLd
6. first aid - bandages just in case
