How could these 4 warhead parts "LOST" for years without being noticed for which are required to cleared every 4 months.
Looks like some one must have learned all the technology of making a nuclear warhead in two years.

Aren't we promised this type of error would NEVER happen? How could 5 active bombs being transported without proper clearing?
When will we hear an accidental shipment of peaceful material turned out to be war grade material?
