Well, I don't know how many of you checked out LA INK last season, and how many actually kept watching it - but season two launches this Tuesday, January 8, at 10pm. My team edited the 2nd episode, but the premiere episode has several scenes that were initially edited by us. That includes the first tattoo client, a porn star named Joanna Angel. (She does a strip-pole routine, grabs Corey's little Corey, and has an "I'll have what she's having" moment.) If stealing is the ultimate form of flattery, than we are flattered because after seeing what we did with her for our show the producers decided she was good enough to launch the season with. So they stole her and put her in the first episode.
In further developments Pixie ends up in hot water with Kat, which leads into my episode which airs the following week. Kat, possibly possessed by Ami's spirit, contemplates firing Pixie...!
As the season continues many things of interest go down, including Kat triying to set a Guinness world record by tattooing the most people in a 24 hour period. And Kat organizes a massive tattoo and music convention. Plus much more.
