any1 here has insurance coverage in the metro area for a condo in case of accidents with tank water damages or related. are their such policies n what does it really cover?
any info is appreciated.

home owner's or rental insurance, nothing that states just for tank damage, but if you have as stated rental or home owners insurance you might have flood damage or something along those line. if you have a policy read through it.

I believe that if you have homeowner's or rental insurance you are covered. My building manager just asked me if I have homeowner's and I was good to put the tank in my apt.
