Has anyone ever took a Time share tour??? I have some with Las vegas as a gift...free Airfare and all..

I did a Marriott in Orlando a number of years ago. It was 4 days, included park passes and hotel for about $400 for a suite and the passes. We had to give the 90 minutes for their presentation and 'hard sell'.

I went to a time share presentation while in Vegas. They tried to do a hard sell and gave some serious attitude when I wouldnt buy. Got some great tickets and a voucher for 2 free meals at an expensive restaurant. Took 3 hours.

I would go for it. If its free or even just cheap, jump on it. Just be ready for the salesperson to basically try and beat you up. If you can deal with a real hard nosed PIA then go for it. It is usuallly a short time that you need to give them. BUT DONT BUY!!!

I actually bought 4 years ago...I think it was a good deal...I got it under forcloser..for about $17,000..2 bedrooms jacuzzi in each room...Total package, everthing there forks all types of silverware you'll never use, dishwasher, towels...Steram running through the backyardof the condos...Every other week I go there under what they call bonus time...Beautiful, in the mountains of Lee Massachusetts....3 hrs away...I can send anyone to do a tour and just for taking the tour they off one of three trips for free...

Everyt day I send 1 to 2 people up there...Can't beat it it's free...

you know, I've never taken pics and I love the scenary..And there's a lake on the top of the mountain that's beautiful...

Never tried it's in a state park..(the lake) Right next to the resort...

So have to take a ride to Mass. Look around let they try to sell me something. And they gonna send me to Vegas for free? I heard that some just pay for your hotel. You are saying that it is HOTEL and AIR??

Yep pretty much that's the case...and you get to stay 3 days 2 nights at my home resort and some time in that 3 days you set up the time to do a 90 min tour..They have a game room, a indoor pool, hot tub, and scenary out the beep...

Hey I bought one...You guys don't even have to buy just say no thanks and pickup your free vacation downstairs...That was easy...I said the same thing when I took the tour....But now I love having a timeshare...I have home anywherein the world at a 4 star resort...Oh there no website I give your phone # to my secretary and she calls to set up a date...

If you ask me timeshare is the only way to vacation...You have all of your amenities right there...All you have to do is find a local supermarket and stock the fridge...Pots pans dishes all there....Only "smart" people pay for hotels and still have to eat out every night..Take a tour get a free vacation, get another vacation for taking a tour that's that...No gimmicks or hidden cost...I should have probably put this in the freebie thread...I can answer all questions about this ..This isn't what I do for a living but I could If I wanted to...Who doesn't like a free vacation???
