Hehe. My credit is crappy, so chances of that are pretty slim. I'll just wait 7 years and try to save up! Paying rent on someone else's apartment is dumb!

Did you see the new condos in Briarwood? I was doing the Open House over there for the past few weeks.

No, but chances of me affording one at this point aren't great. Besides, I'm not sure I'd want to buy a place in Briarwood. I like this area, but if I were to own a place I think I'd want to move a bit closer to Manhattan. (Kew Gardens, Rego Park would do.) Ofcourse, the actual condo would make a big difference!
