Not a Reef question - Need help with Kitten .. lol

Is anyone in this forum a vet that can check on my daughters kitten.
We think its partially blind and deaf.
We took to vet but for testing and exams they want over $500-$600 dollars
That's way too much.
Just to test.

If anyone has any info. Or knows a vet please PM me
