Dog groomer

I take Ace to NY Dog Spa and Hotel but it's a $25 cab ride there, $90+ for the cut and another $25 for the cab ride back home. the subway is not an option. Ace weighs around 35lbs and it's not easy lugging him around.

anyone know of dog groomers who will come to your house? or of a cheaper place in the city that grooms decently.

i bought a pair of pet clippers today and they turned out to be garbage. when i got upset i took the scissors to him and now i'm ashamed to take him out into the street.

help me out

You could also look in the yellow pages, I know that there are animal groomers that go around in a van. I've never used them myself since the dogs I've had the pleasure to share my home with have been the wash & wear type. Just like me.lol

Wow $140.00 for a grooming:bigeyes:. I will no longer complain when my wife spends $65.00 to have our dog groomed:ANYWORD:.

I did see a mobile dog grooming van a few days ago on long island, but I didn't notice the company name. I'll take note of it, if I see her again.

What neighborhood are you in??? In Battery Park, Le Pet Spa does a good job and the dogs always seem calm and happy when they are in there.

leslie i'm up on 169th st and ft washington.

LOL NRA. he eats better than me too. since he's allergic to a lot of things that come in name brand pet foods i have to go every three weeks to gristedes and get him some fresh beef ground,veal and turkey. then individually separate his meats into daily portions

fresh vegetables: asparagus, yellow squash, califlower, celery, carrots, string beans, peas. the vegetables take me like 2 hrs to puree and then store it in rubbermaids
