Awesome! I had goodsbumps! I have been a transformers fan since I was a kid, I own most of the episodes both american and anime with the exception of RID and the new CN series and have most of the comic series, I think this rates as good as the originals and as far as the chevy heavy cars, I'm a chevy fan and have been in love with the camaro ever since I saw the promo poster 2 years ago at my chevy service desk!
All in all from a fan of the transformers I give it a 9.5 out of 10.

Awesome movie, why did they have to make the mustang the bad guy :irked:? Also, did anyone else go to that extremely happy place when they hot chick started talking motors? My GF hit me just for the look on my face and what she thought I was thinking at the time......so wrong. There already was a he-man movie awhile back, I barely remember it. On a side note, can you imagine creating the CG models for that movie with all the tiny moving parts.....so tedious.

So one or two tattoos that aren't too obvious are OK but when you have a book down your left torso and a "blurb" on your shoulder blade it's a little much (google megan fox). She's just crazy enough.
The movie in my opinion was the new holy grail for robot movies. But there are alot more than just detroit advertisments in it. There was a mountain dew soda machine that turned into a decepticon, the Ebay listing by our hero, cell phones e.t.c.
A sick ass movie like that needs to get funded pre-release, but in the end do we really care?
LOL, Megan Fox can look under my hood ANYTIME she wants. My son (11yrs) was BOUNCING off his seat in the car, he was that excited. It was great, and hell seeing my son so happy is worth the price of admission... and commercials ad infinitum, and previews....

Damn, man. There were other things that were different form the original besides the cars. If you did your homework you would know that Megatron was a gun, not a "robo-jet", Soundwave was the boombox, not that weird new guy, and I'm sure that GM paid a pretty penny too have rights in that movie, so there are alot of new changes from the original....
so stop hatin on us germans. :tank:
Megatron is a Gun after he comes to earth and has a chance to replicate himself as the gun. If you watched the movie closely, you would understand he did not have a chance to replicate the gun because he was frozen up until the end. Hence his original cybertron form, the "robo-jet" thing.
