Well I just got back from Discovery Cove in Orlando. It was an awesome time. The staff was great and never said No to any request. Food, drinks and beer are all included and really good at that. All gear and lockers are included as well and u get to keep your snorkler. In fact they tell u to leave ur wallet in ur locker so nothing gets damaged. The activities they offer are a lazy river which goes around most of the park and the water is very very warm which begins at the resort pool. They also have a section where you can swim, interact and feed stingrays which at feeding time got a little scary cause they swim right into you and surround you...but still alot of fun. The reef section they had was awesome and my favorite part. You get to snorkle in the reef and swim around they ask u not to touch these animals, its more for viewing...i noticed a lot of tangs and lookdowns, but there were plenty of other reef safe fish, ohh and huge stingrays, one the size of the small volkswagon...cool stuff. In the reef section as you snorkle you come across a cave with sharks but dont get scared its sectioned off with a glass barrier but it doesnt look like it....they also have barracudas in a sunken ship but also sectioned off by glass..and they have an Aviary where you can pet and feed exotic and beautiful birds..that too was cool. And last but not least they have the section where you can swim with the dolphins. If you decided to go they have photographers at every section, have them take pics of you and the fam and your interactions and get the Picture CD at the end of the day...its worth it. Great time for family fun.
I'll post pics as I get them developed. I had to buy disposable underwater camera at the cove cause my reef addiction leaves me to broke to buy good one...
Dont PS me with Dolphin...:irked:
