Incredible ride for that surfer in the video!!

Im with Kathy :eek: that is one sracy look wave and that surfer has a set of kahoonas on him ,,Kudos for the ride of a life time :tongueani

I'll venture another guess here... the break looks like Jaws (Peahi) in Hawaii. It's an outer break that can only be surfed by tow-in, as the human body can't paddle fast enough to catch that size wave. The waves there can reach heights of 50-70ft.

If I had to guess who the surfer was, I would probably say Laird Hamilton, although Dave Kalama is another possibility.

This is Laird at Teahupoo... this is considered the single heaviest wave ever ridden and is possibly the most amazing surfing ever recorded.
