you know, until my third year of grad school, i could not drink beer at all. I thought it tasted like pee. GROSS. (sorry to be so graphic...)

I found black & tan and slowly worked my way into the lighter colored beers... so I basically didn't start drinking at all till I was 24 or so.

Of course, there was always scotch. I've loved scotch since I was a kid... but that's another story...
