Hey you never know, maybe logan told jack that the consul was lieing to make jack over-react and force jack into that situation. I think logan told jack the truth only to screw jack over.

I think the question that needs to be asked is; does charles logan really care about the american lives that are in danger of the nukes, or has he given up on the country because they did bad to him?
The question has been asked and answered. His efforts, indirectly led to Jack obtaining the info needed to save American lives. The 2nd part of your statement is also moot. If he felt that way, he wouldn't have taken Jack's call a few episodes ago.

One possible answer to why he answer Jacks call is because he knows he has something that Jack wants and that Jack could potentially offer him something in return

And the preview for next week showed Logan's wife. Not sure how she's going to play out. I was getting a bit bored with the show after last week, but after last night it got a bit more interesting.

Another great show. I just got into Heros about a month ago and had to go download the first season. I'm all up to date now. It reminds me alot of how Lost started out with all the character development. Awesome show this past Monday. Can't wait for it to start back up again now. I hate this mini hiatus these shows are doing.
