New Car Help Please

Are there any car dealers on board ? I Just wrecked my car the day after chrismas, everyone is fine with no major injuries. So I Have been searching for a car for the past 4 weeks and have yet to get a good deal. I was looking at getting the Nissan Altima or Maxima or some other big sedan. So if there are any dealers on the forum let me know so i can give you a sale thanks !

oi work at curry honda up in cortland manor. are you wanting new or new used ? i know somepeople at other dealerships around this area also. fyi if you plan to buy the 2 best built cars are honda and toyota. i love the maxima's also, but for durability honda and toyota will outlast any other company

Thanks kris I'll shoot a pm. Noob thank you as well. I know honda and toyota's are supposed to be the best imports but I've never liked honda enough to buy. Don't get me wrong I think there great for price and relieibilty but for me its not lol. I looked at the cammry se with a 6 cyl and they wanted 500+ a month w/ alot down. So that's out. I would get another vw (which is what I had) but the jetta was small for me then and still is now, even with the new body style. So I looked at the Passat but they were also too much.

Any vw dealers or Nissan would be great lol

Rick but not to bad mouth Curry but the owner is an a$$hole and a criminal and the Chevy sales dept screwed me too many times to count and Curry ford service and sales are the best collection of a$$holes I have ever met.

I have 3 friends that work there and they swore to me I would get a great deal and nothing bad would ever happen to me again if I went back and bough a new car there and I chose to drive to Harrison and go to vail chevy for my last 3 cars. I have not been happier.

Steveo, check out Reedman dealership in Langhorne, PA. Better than most of the "deals" you'll find in the tri-state area.

steveo if you want a good deal go to the nissan dealership in hillside new jersey on route 22... speak to dave and tell him tonyscoots sent ya... tell him they gave me a great deal on a maxima and i told you they will do the same for you as well ... my 07 maxima is awesome...

ok ok i know curry ford sux. and i agree with the service and sales there, and i am all for american car's i have chevy's a 87 monte ss and a 88 k5 blazer. my winter beater. and as far as curry chevy cant say. they do stab me in the back for job's { i am assistant manage of honda's body shop and appraiser } {for you geiss fans } we are buying them out all of geiss. which i like cause they dont have bodyshops so more work and money for me. but i will say this for curry honda we are honest { believe it or not for a dealership } as for you audi fans my personal opinion they suck. not reliable { reliable is a car with 100k or 200k} that didnt cost you as much as the car to fix it. ive been in the automotive repair business for 15 yr's. honda and toyota make the best car's reliability and all. subaru makes a great car too very safe and great in the snow. nissan is one of my favorite's but it's a 50-50 with them. dont every buy a sentra. there junk. if i was buying myself a new car id love to get a new maxima { too expensive though} and the germans do make a great car. but good luck with dealing with any of their dealerships especially mohegan lakes vw.up to 4 week waiting to get a service. if you arent looking to buy new find someone with a dealer license and go to a auction, take a laptop and a mechnic with you, do a carfax if you see one you like and have mech look it over. you can save alot of money. best bet is buy from a individual owner though. save alot of money. just my opinions and experiance from being in the business:smash:
