This weekend, I'll be rocking the jerseys of my 2 favorite Jet receivers...Al Toon & Wesley Walker.

J E T S, Jets Jets Jets

Damn I'm excited about this weekend. Mangenius is unbelievable. It's difficult to play Monday morning quarterback with him. Everything he does (even if it doesn't work) seems to be done for a reason and is a good move.

Tough game this weekend. Definitely not the team I wanted to face in the first round, but gang green can do it.

LETS GO JETS!!!!!!

Been a jet fan for a long time now. Started with Pat Ryan as QB.
Anyway I hope the Jets hold nothing back...blitz like there is no tommorrow, and use Brad Smith as a decoy, because that what the Oakland game was for, which was to make Bellichek think we would start running trick plays again. It is a huge advantage when he is on the field cause noone knows what is going to happen!

Edit: to color green hehe

as a long time giant fan at this time i want to wish the jets good luck. they played hard all season long and played with class. i can't say the same for the giants all they did all year is play and act like a bunch of low life scumbags. total disrespect to the Mara family.

Even though it was a tough loss, I must say I've never looked forward to the next season with so much hope.

Steven, I couldn't agree with you more.
This season was far from a bust. Our gang green outperformed all my expectations by four possibly five wins.

I like Chad. Smart QB, poised, quick thinking, able to read the defense and call plays from the line, but................. We really need a franchise QB that can throw down field. Once Chad falls behind by two scores it's been just about impossible for him to come back. Nice guy, but we need someone with pocket presence AND an arm. He hangs his receivers out there with his lobbed throws. Someone is going to get nailed on the receiving end and it'll be Chads' fault.

Master, I feel Chad is a good enough QB to win a superbowl in this league, but he really needs an above average RB to get some pressure off him and to keep the defense honest. If you rewatch the game yesterday(tivo) you can see that the Patsis LBs were 5-10 yards behind LOS. Not good for a dinking and dunking attack but especially not good for weak armed QB who uses that strategy. That said Chad did a great job making some of the throws downfield, but honestly if Chad were to be down by to scores the defense needs to step and give him more opportunity than yesterday when NE kept marching down the field eating up the clock AND scoring as well!!!
Thanks for listening I needed to get these excuses off my chest and now I feel better.

Rhegaana, Like I said, Chad shows great poise in his position. However, when a receiver is downfield and they have to slow down because of an underthrown ball it lends itself to unneccessary injuries or interceptions.

Also, 50% of Chads 'passes' are behind the LOS. Most would constitute a run rather than a pass. He's got the 4th highest completion percentage in the NFL with only the 10th highest yardage and 13 highest yds/game. He's also tied for the 7th most picks.

Make no mistake about it, I like Chad. He's a very likeable guy. I just don't see him as QB that can lead gang green to a superbowl championship.
