Yeah, thre is one at the PA and I have bowled there before - beers are good as well and they have a good gameroom - just don't leave anything around - last time I was there I put my bag down to play a boxing game and it was lifted right before my eyes.

i miss good old bethlehem PA - every wed night there was a bowling alley w/ $1 games, $1 beers, and $1 shoe rentals!

i know one like this in jersey, exit 59 on route 80 gotta drive there though... i think the city is easiest for everyone

College point lanes, right off the van wyck is another one. Lie to VW and its the first exit off of the CP expressway (think its expressway). Its 15 mins away from the city with no traffic. but at 8 its pretty clean on a thurs.

But yeah bowlmore is worth the cash for the quality of a place and the bar owns. The place in coney island is super packed. Gotto wait an hour or so to get a lane.

Put me down. i'm in wherever you guys descide.

okay here's the scoop on the terrorist thing.

the bowling alley did not donate any money to terrorism.
they are owned by a holding company that Arafat invested
1.3 million in, It was actually 3 times removed as far as I can tell
by reading. It was an investment firm investing in a holding company, which invested in a bowling company that owns bowlmore.

I've been to bowlmore, they are pricey yes, but they are one of the few
places in the city to bowl. they have a great bar, and it always gets a good
looking crowd

that place is impossible to find parking. unless u take bus or subway or pay Arm n leg for parking($25 n up).
i vote for woodhaven lanes or something. cheap n free parking.

i think we should try to put no more then 4 peeps on a lane cause if we do we will probly need to bring sleeping bags, the games would take that long. we probly won't be able to play more the two games

well if everybody who says they are down shows up then we gots a game...i think we will be fine dace....if more peeps want to come then we get more lanes and split the teams....guys I chose this place cause its convienient 4 most...and i usually i go to woodhaven lanes...cause its local and i can tell u its not the nicest place....so 4 the peeps who are down bring ur A game..

Parking there isn;t bad if you catch it around 7:30. Its a thursday so it should be pretty open and easy to find spots. I'll be driving in if anyone wants a ride from the williamsburg/greenpoint area or long island city or close.

:scratchch hmmm, jhov chose teams......i don't know how everyone bowls but i think we should just make two captains and let them pick teams (you know, like we all used to do when playing football when we were kids).... i think he's trying to set himself up for a win.....:joke:
