I just drilled this tonight for Warr40 and was trying to get his attention to let him know it was done as he was'nt answering his PM's.
Yes it's a 20 high.

I have resealed a few tanks. It is east to do. Do you plan to completely disassemble or jut cut the exposed silicone inside the tank?

I could if you gave me the right sized glass, it's a 1/4" to small!

Like Dave said, not difficult. You just have to be extremely diligent and precise with removing the old silicone. You don't want to leave any of the old silicone behind or any oils or residues either.
