I have concerns about his behind bars affiliations as well. However, my comfort comes in the fact that he will not see the light of day again in this lifetime.
As a terrorist should he receive a life sentence he's going to be spending the rest of his days here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADX_Florence. Needless to say, he won't be affiliating with much of anything except the voices in his head.
I'm not a big fan of the death penalty but if anybody deserves it it's this monster.
He should be put to a slow death!!! Torture him till his eyes pop from his head. ...life is ridiculous so he gets 3 meals a day and we as tax payers have to pay for it. ..ha torture him!!
The death penalty is a difficult sentence when there is a possibility of some type of doubt. Even on a guilty verdict. We have seen all too many times new evidence brought forth 20 years after a guilty verdict and the prisoner is exonerated and freed. HOWEVER, in this case the defense attorney admitted to his guilt in her opening argument. Her entire case was built around trying to render MORE guilt to the dead brother, and that the bombing wouldn't have happened if not for him. So unequivocal guilt is already established. There is no difference between a little guilty and a lot guilty. He needs to be put to death. No burden on the taxpayer. Send the message that this is a crime punishable by death.
