Anybody here watch Blacklist?

I was addicted to Burn Notice, then I found this gem on netflix and have finally caught up to the live shows every thursday night at 9pm on NBC...
There has never been a character like Ray Reddington, and you've really got to watch it from episode 1 season 1 to appreciate the story line as well as the way they've developed the characters.
