Yes, we have room for this rowdy bunch We have a roof deck for overflow
The party will go as long as we want...my neighbors are cool, I live on the top floor, my floors are concrete, and the exterior walls are buffered by the bedrooms
Kris, slamma, Marrone, and Romain, I will PM again - for some reason it is not working:-(
There is parking in my building, but I think it is expensive
There is cheaper parking next to the first precinct in the Battery Parking Garage - this is on the other side of West Street from my house. Unfortunately, it does not have a street address - I know - weird.
I am not sure that you can park motorcycles on the sidewalk - the neighborhood can be a little uptight. There are some really bad/greedy parkers though, so you can probably squeeze it between cars or at the end of a block. They leave big spaces because they like to buy big expensive cars, but are too cheap to pay for the garage
For those interested in the parking garage; it's located at 56 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10006. Small world, I've been parking in this garage daily for two years.
If you're a coming down the west side, you'll want to make a left @ Albany St.(1st left after ground zero) and then a right on Washington, all the way to the end (passed Rector) and left into the lot.
I think that after 6PM the rate is $17.00 for 12 hours. If you get in before 6pm they will hit you for $24.00 after two hours and up to 12 hours.
