Found a bike need help!!!

I have an abandoned Fuji roubaix 1.0 road bike that I was gonna give away for parts till a friend of mine told me that it was a high end bike with both light weight aluminum and carbon fiber components .

Problem is that the bike has a slightly bent rear wheel and the rear derailleur is damaged so it needs to be replaced ..... So does anyone know of a bike shop where I can get this bike fixed up and not get mugged in the process??

It's really light weight and I would love to ride it around .

its kinda easy to straighten the wheel with a spoke wrench. you just need patience, and you have that already.

I say you dart out in front of traffic when the light turns green but have it facing the opposite of how it originally got damaged. There problem solved!

If the rear deraileur is bent and the rear wheel is out of true the bike probably got hit by a car. Make sure there are no cracks in the chain stays or seat stays before you go bombing around on it. Also the rear der can attach to the frame in a couple different ways. If it is a replaceable hanger you are fine and 15 bucks will fix it. If not and it is an aluminum frame you are kinda screwed.

Yes this bike was hit by a car and abandoned outside of my emergency room!! The stars in te derailur are messed up but it functions I spin the wheels and it switched gears but I rather replace the whole thing and the hangar is straight as can be and the seat post and frame are all nice and straight so I may do the chain , derailur , and new wraps on it and true the rear rim . What do you figure that can run me??
