My tools are all clean and in good working order. If you like, you can watch we clean them down in front of you once the job is done, have a towel ready.
My rates are very simple, $25 per hour cash if it's just you, $50 cash per hour if you want a friend to join watching me complete your project. You buy the materials and I will install them. If you want me to buy the materials because you don't know what you will need, that's fine but you must pay me in cash for the materials before I begin. I will give you the receipt to show the amount owed.
