Well, never thought I'd be able to have the opportunity to say this with the way my dating life had gone but I can officially say it.
I have found my true love, my confidant, my one I want to grow old with. So, on Sunday it became official, I'M ENGAGED!!
Nothing I've ever done has felt this right, I'm not real religious but I do believe in parents that have passed looking over us.
Too many things have aligned perfectly to make this happen and there have been way too many little coincidences that happened to let me know mom gives her absolute approval.
The last set of coincidences was the saleswoman at Jared- my moms name was Susan- the sales woman's name was Susan. I was born on June 14th, the sales woman's son was born on June 15th. Maybe some may say yeah so? I say its my mom telling me she approves.
We haven't set a date yet but it's looking like April of next year.
It feels so good to have finally met the one that completes me and I'm this proud to be with. I just hope I'll always be able to find new ways to express how much I love her as the years pass by.
Im also super lucky to have been welcomed in such a warm way with open arms by her family. Can't ask for anything more and I hope I always am good enough for their daughter/sister and I hope they all will always know I would go to the ends of the earth for her
