heating oil delivery question

I am converting to gas and still have about 200 gallons of oil
anyone know a company that would either buy back oil or pump it out and delivery it to my father in law
in long island

The company that services you should be able to deal with it. Generally when they remediate an oil tank, they'll remove the oil and buy it back.
