Just moved from Bay Ridge brooklyn and Looking for a LFS around here, and there seem to be none. Anyone knows of any nice stores in or near SI???

I heard that Rasalbo Pet Shoppe at 1801 Hylan Blvd is carrying Pop Corals. I was talking to them yesterday and was told they already have some corals there and will be setting up a few bigger frag tanks.

Someone that went yesterday reported they had 25$ torch corals and right next to it was Duncans for 20$. 10$ mushrooms and candy canes.

I haven't bought from Pop's in a while so can't remember the prices I need to get my tank situation figured out first. Im just trying to save what I can with no heat.

We have no lfs ! Theres animal kingom in eltingville on richmind and amboy , and then theres the one on hylan blvd near lincoln ave but neither have a large selection or healthy selection of corals , i generally travel to ocean gallery in nj or absolutly fish in nj whenever i cant ordrr online or get from another hobbyist

Was there today, nothing special. Kinda expensive if you ask me. $10 frags of mushrooms? People give them away if there on rock or other corals. To get good stuff gotta travel to fish stores where they only have fish.

ohhhh snappp lol i no lmost everyone in rosebank lol. at least my age people lol. im 22. Dont go to BADA BING on the corner of bay st. and hyland. there a bd bad place nah just messing with ya, jk. But Rose bank is cool. i was born and raised there my whole life.

I was born and raised in Rosebank/ Ft. Wandsworth. Bank then things were not as crowded and traffic was not as horrendous.

I was born on chestnut ave down there but moved away shortly. Alot of neighbors and a couple family members got cancer from that chemical plant on Tompkins. They just knocked it down a couple years ago.

I forgot about aquatic obsession great store awesome coral selection prices sometimes are a little high but well worth it , and animals and things around the corner is good for dry supplies and I emphasize dry there livestock including dogs cats and fish are all sisagusting and I feel horrible for them

Thank you guys, I Live in Rosebank because it's near the verazzano and my wife works in Brooklyn. So, It makes sense. Safety wise, It's not that bad. It's on a private block.
