You can sign up for a day-pass for Restaurant Depot. From the looks of it, they have pretty good prices on seafood

For lobsters, go to any big Asian market (plenty in Queens, even beyond Flushing and Elmhurst, also Sunset Park and other Brooklyn areas, Chinatown). I saw lobsters as low as $3.99/lb in Elmhurst the other day. Best to spend a little more, and make sure they have hard shells.
