radeon 7970 or gtx 760 4gb for Skyrim

For any PC gamers out there... I'm looking to upgrade my video card from a 560ti to either a radeon 7970 or gtx 760 4gb edition. I'm looking for opinions as to which card would be better, both overall and for playing a heavily modded Skyrim. Thanks.

I prefer nvidia so id say go with the 760 , or try overclocking your current card if you can to save some money

Need to upgrade. The 560ti only has one gig of mem.

My 590 bit the dust last week and I really didn't want to spend a lot of money so I just got the 760 so far so good totally smooth and good frame rates.

Currently have one 22" monitor at 1650 x 1080. No interest in getting a multi-monitor set-up, but will get a 24" in the next year or two.
