My son now is interested in picking up the game. I am happy because I used to play a long time ago. Anyone still play? There are a whole lot of new mechanics since I played a number of years ago. Any advice?

I used to. I still have all of my cards, well over a thousand cards. I'll sell them cheap if you're interested

Other than that I think its pretty much all the same. Build your deck to work as well as it can
I know there are websites that will tell you how to build a great deck. I'm not familiar with all of the new names of everything though

Last thanksgiving we pull out some packs and did a draft. Was fun but I rather put my money into my tanks, lol.

I was actually thinking about MTG today lol I haven't played I. Like 3 years but yea it fun as hell but I don't have anyone to play with and don't feel like going to that whole Friday night magic just to get my beat by a 14 year old

I loved playing and now I get to play the game with my son. We enjoy playing Pokemon and soon I hope Magic.
