I have to move with my family (husband + 2 kids).
I hate to leave our home here in Bayside :sad2: but that's life... landlord rules :grumpy:
:argue: No pets, then no fish, then get out or :smash:

Well, time goes on and we'll facing eviction soon I guess.. :tired:

If someone (by chance) knows about a house for sale around 350K; nearby .. or in queens north, nassau, even suffolk west, please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated.

We'll consider continue renting if nothing is coming along.
:theyareon

Thank you folks!
see ya... :groupflip

Hmm... having a sad day today, sorry

Wow...landlord that doesn't like fish? They usually bend the rules, not like its a cat or anything. Well if it helps any my cousin does real estate in the Queens area, could give you his number/info if you'd like. Or depending on how many children you have, ever thought about a buying a co-op? Pretty good investment. Although I'm prety sure you'd be able to find a home in your price range. It can't rain all the time.
