well my new house had signs that termites were there at one time. The previous owner says they took care of the problem 5 years ago when they noticed them but after removing sheetrock it was sure bad!! I had old bait traps still in the ground but thet have not been updated in years so I rather replace with new to play it safe. The prolem is the company TERMINIX price was out of control for bait traps and monthly inspections. I would rather pay someone on the side to save me money and you make some money. I looked on line to do myself and it was 1/4 of the price they gave me but i have no time and I dont know exactly what I am doing. To me it is just diging a hole and installing 10-12 traps ground level.
