albano ur absulutely right the cuase i have 2 different a hole that owes me few gs well from some construction jobs that i did i one my law suit and i cant colloct my paper i tell u one thing tho if i didnt have my 3 year old i would have finish both these fool already at this point i am think of going back to the street and send two of my hommie to pay them a visit people forget that money still run the streets

You might not get immediate financial satisfaction doing this, but you should eventually get your settlement. File a construction lien on the property. When they go to sell the property the lien will show up in a title search and will have to be satisfied before a new buyer can receive a clean title.

Hey dubs what masterswimmer said usually helps placing a lien on personal property. It is not an immediate satisfaction but it will hinder them by not being able to move forward on sale. GL

Also, on top of the construction lien you can also get a hold of the banks he keeps his $$ in. Just get your lawyer to put a hold on his accounts there, nothing in or out.
