Need an Android device

Anyone have an old Android device laying around that they can "lend" me for at least 3 months? I need it to run a semi recent operating system (preferably Ice Cream Sandwich).

More importantly..what service carrier? I think that makes a difference,no? Unless you can do whatever you need to do without activating it. Either way I have a motorola backflip at&t I'm not using anymore if that helps. I'm not sure what the operating system is though.
