We all know Rick's group is going to choose to run, they aren't going to stay and fight.

They are not running. They are going to set up booby traps for them using walkers. Then hit Woodbury when the others are occupied with the prison 
that would be awesome. Also i believe Rick holds the key to the cure in his blood. I dont think if Rick gets bit he will turn

No i think he has the key to ending the zombie apocalypse. He is the main character for a reason and it isnt his leadership. You will see when the show comes to a end Rick and his son will hold the key and the baby wont because its Shanes and thats how he finds out she is not his

No not going to kill off the baby LOL. Rick will get bit and he is not going to change. Then they will look for another CDC or scientist and they will figure it out that he is immune from the disease
