My wife found an LED bulb she wants to use for our hi-hats in the kitchen. This is the bulb:

Philips 19.5 Watt (120W) LED PAR38 Flood 3000K (Bright White) Light Bulb

At $40 per bulb this is an expensive bulb replacement. Does anybody know of a place that sells this brand and model bulb for a reasonable price? I can't find them anywhere other than HD. The one or two places all have them at $52+ per bulb. This is crazy.

Thnx for the help
Russ

The Philips bulbs are amazing compared to any other bulb I have used, a bit pricey when comparing to other led bulbs out there. But such a better product, I have at least a dozen in my house right now running. I did have one go bad about 2 months into use and Philips sent me a replacement free of charge and a return package for the one burnt out bulb. I did see a small swing in my electric bill but so far it is roughly 5 bucks and under for the 6 months.

Thnx jaa, I'm probably going to just pull the trigger. Been wanting to for quite some time. I made a poor choice about 10 months ago and put cfl's in the hi-hats and that mistake was bad. They don't have instant on and waiting for them to warm up is a royal PITA. I replaced one with those Philips LED's and it is like night and day. Awesome color, great light.

Russ, Just tell me what you are looking for. I am now filling and order for 9 watt led 100 watt equivalent incandescent dimmable bulbs . I would say roughly without weighing in customs about 20 bucks. These are available in cool white and warm white 5500-6500 and 2700 -3500 respectively . Also ordering 7 watt led equivalent to a 75 watt incadescent. Also dimmable or non.. Sorry i am still working on website as there is a ton of items i need to put up. The ones above are using samsung chips, UL listed. and the warm whites are energy star rated. PM me if interested. I can also replace the entire can of the high hat with a down light that will just clip into the ceiling.
PM me and i can definitely do someting for you. I was going to place an order today for a church but i will hold off one or two more days if i hear from you. looking foward to hearing from you. Btw way they are instant on.

P.s..
Thanks Triggerman
