lol and to think i was catching these guys off the beach in myrtle beach a week ago and letting them go....if only i had a large enough tank to temporary house them and a way to transport them id be rich lol

but anyway long story short i was catching black tips between the size of 12" and 43" for an entire week of surf fishing....probably like 12-15 in total...i do have some pictures too

here is a blacknose and i would have to go through more pictures on my camera but i have black tip as well

this one i believe is a baby black tip, the tail and rear top fin are starting to show black on them....these are the only two i already have online...the rest are still on the camera

Are you sure they were Black tips? I have been going to Myrtle Beach since 84 and have never seen or heard of a Black Tip being caught there. Seen tons of other sharks caught there and caught a few myself.

My dad was catching nurse sharks off the beach of Hollywood florida. i told him hes crazy cus no one will get into the water if they see him reeling them in. wish i had the pic but he caught one about 5 feet long. crazy what u can catch off the beach.

i went fishing the following week in key west, you could get shark just about anywhere down there as long as you chum enough, ive fished the flats and seen lemons and bulls come wading over a shallow sand bar with their backs sticking about 4-6" out of the water....my favorite place to fish, favorite shark to catch is definitely bonet head though

lol i fish right down the block off the beach in hallandale right next to the "beach ball" water tower and ive pulled in lemons, nurse, barracuda, really almost anything right off of there but people do seem to get a bit squirmish when you pull up a shark......funny thing is there out there sswimming feet away from you at all times but dont really bother anyone for the most part they're harmless and just trying to pick up scraps and chase in the bait fish
