To all Mets fans
A teacher asks her students who in the class are Mets fans. Wanting to impress the teacher, everyone in the class raises their hand except one little boy. The teacher looks at the boy with surprise and says "Billy why didn't you raise your hand?"
"Because I'm not a Mets fan", he replied.
The teacher still shocked, asked "Well, if your not a Mets fan then who are you a fan of?"
"I'm a Yankee fan and proud of it", Billy replied.
The teacher could not believe her ears.
"Billy why are you a Yankee fan?"
"Cuz my mom and dad are both Yankee fans, so I'm a Yankee fan too!"
"Well", said the teacher in an annoyed tone "that is no reason for you to be a Yankee fan. You don't have to be just like your parents all the time. What if
your mom was an idiot and your dad was a moron what would you be then?"
"Then", Billy smiled "I'd be a Mets fan
