i had to tackle the same problem today.. my solution was co2 extinguisher which literally freezes them. i had a few tanks i had to empty so i figured that i would freeze some beez..which i had to admit was fun.but not everyone had co2 tanks laying around.

Paul call an exterminator please. It is well worth the time and money and trouble. When I was young I actually was stung by an entire hive of wasps. I had no reaction but a year later one stung me, just one and they had to rush me to the hospital because they found out I was allergic. Funny how things work, 300+ stings and nothing, one sting a year later and throat closing, face swelling panic trip to the ER. Better to be safe than sorry, exterminators have chemicals available to them that will take care of the whole colony.

I am also a Veteran and thick headed.
Besides exterminators are for Sissies.
If I had a nest of Godzilla's I may call one but not for some wasps. :tongue1:
