There are many options the judge could have done to make his so call "set an example."

In reality, he set himself up as a VERY BAD EXAMPLE.

He is an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what happens when people judge on first impressions, without looking at the circumstances.;( Feel horrible for this young woman, and sincerely hope the judge does reconsider.

Under the national uproar with 285,000+ signature petition(including mine) and at the request of the Montgomery County District Attorney's request, Judge Lanny signed an order that vacates the contempt of court conviction which had sent Dian Tran to jail last week.
