Cousteau did a whole village in the red sea. they put it right on the reef. and now it is part of the reef. its old and decayed but u cant even see it is covered by the reef.

It would be cool if the did a place away from a natural reef enough to not do damage, but covered the entire facility in coral so it was eventually like Cousteau's .. just part of the reef.
