forest hills is boring, but a safe place to live and perfect when it comes to public transportation and being close to everything....austin st took a beating due to the economy and always found the bars just empty except 3 donkeys

just a note, all these areas suggested come with medium rents around $1500+ for 1 bedrooms...give or take
