Did anyone notice how bright one star was last night?I figured it had to be Planet or a comet maybe.Too big to have been the North Star.Commercial traffic passing right by it so it had to have been something.Not a Ufo either.

I wish I had a telescope to view it better.It was huge and super bright.

You can use google starmaps on a pad or phone to see what it is.

venus jupiter and the moon lined up a week or two ago, was cool to see

That was Saturn.
There have been a lot of great sights in the sky for the past month or so.

IIRC there is somehing big happening in June with venus and the sun that won't happen again until something like 2117..so that is something to be sure to see!

Google "Stellarium". Amazing free software that allows you track movements in the sky daily, yearly . . . you can view what the sky looked like 50 years ago and what it'll look like in 50 years. Really cool program!
