Just finish 1/2 a box of ice cream - which lead me to this question. What is your favorite ice cream that you can finish off without blinking an eye.

My favorites are - chocolate eclair and choco taco

+1 but Friendly's Butter Crunch is my all time favorite. My wife was teasing me because she read a story that ice cream addiction affects the same parts of the brain as crack addiction

Herrel's here in Huntington village makes a burnt sugar and butter flavor with a burnt sugar and butter topping. It also comes with the card of a local cardiologist. They make it all on premises and it's as amazing as it sounds.

I don't eat ice cream that much but I LOVE soft vanilla or strawberry like carvel. Carvel ice cream is amazing nothing else tastes like it. As far as the store bought stuff I'm going to say Blue Bunny Red Velvet Cake! Friggin incredible. Also liked Heathbar Crunch from Ben and Jerry since I was a kid.

Oh and if you never had fried ice cream that is one of the best things ever made. Cozy mel's in westbury serves it and it's amazing.
