Hey guys im in the process of buying a short sale. the only 2 major problems we found (well the inspector) is the furnace and roof needs to be replaced. I have a roofer already i just need a quote on how much it would cost to replace a furnace with a good quality furnace. im leaving the ac part for now. the inspector said where the air goes into where rotting away i guess from the ac being on and leaking down into it. so that would prob. have to be fixed. i got some time before this happens and dont have access to the house for a little while. Closing is early june hopefully. any help or prices would be greatly appreciated.

Its a single stage 125,000 btu unit. 2700 sqft house. thanks
