Video Convertor? Which One?

I need a video converter for work. I need to convert DVD's and possibly other formats to FLV.

I would like a converter that can do from any format to any format.

I will pay for it..

I used to use Sorensen Squeeze at my old job...kind of pricey, but good for batch processing (ie: I need to compress this video to WMV, QT, FLV, etc.)
