O/T need help with Samsung indoor A/C unit

Off topic.

I was hoping someone on this forum can help me or point me to someone who is reasonable. I am willing to pay, just not a high price.

Inside my home office I have a Samsung split duct A/C unit that also heats room. The inside unit need the fan motor replaced.

I bought the fan motor and downloaded the instructions. However, I don't know how to loosen the heat exchanger. I contacted tech support and they don't seem to help.

I understand that I am "missing something" so that the unit is not disassembling properly and need someone who is experienced with A/C units.

Does someone here know a bit about this type of unit and come down to my house in Suffolk to help with the last few steps.

I am willing to pay. However, I don't want to pay through the nose.

Here is a picture of the fan motor holder. The white bracket is the one that I can't seem to remove. Obviously, I have to be careful not to damage unit.

loose up the coil,lift up the left hand size,the blower wheel and the motor will slide out,but don't break the copper pipe otherwise all freon will leak

I finally got it out. Installed the new one fine. However, I ripped the drain hose from the Assy drain. I am ordering a new one $8. However, I will have to get someone to reconnect it. I am thinking the wall may have to be ripped slightly to reattach the drain hose...

If I can get away with just this service call still much cheaper than the replacing of the fan. Won't know until I get it fixed.
