Awesome!!! I'm going to miss Jorge but Montero is looking pretty good so far. I wish he was a better catcher but the power is nice. If only we could have a mix of Molina's catching skills (one of the best catchers I have seen) and Posada's bat. Now THAT would be something!

After watching this game,I can't see the Yankees beating anyone with that weak pitching and extra inning losses.They'd better hope they don't see the Rays again.How can you be leading 7-0 and blow it?

The only starter on the field was Brett Gardner, and he wasn't even playing his LF position. Everyone else on the field was 2nd string or minor leaguer brought up Sept. 1st.

ur kidding right???!! If the game meant anything, it would have ended 7-0 as they would have brought in robertson and riviera if they had to. All you saw tonight was AAA pitchers.

Oh Russ,The 2009 team was better.Detroit won't be easy and yes I watch the regular season games and they always seem to leave way too many men on base and they're terrible in extra innings.They rely on the long ball and don't bunt much.CC isn't pitching well as of late and AJ,let's not talk about him.Nova and Robertson are the bright spot on that team.The Rays are hot now and now they've got the Rangers which should be interesting.
