GPS Recommendations...

I have a Garmin 2610. It's outdated now, but I love it. I find it simply to program and update. Its drawback is that it's limited to the size memory card you install in it. Street-level maps of the entire country can fit on a 2gb card. I have a 256mb card and it contains most of the East Coast.

Current models have street level maps built in, so look for one of these models: 2620, 2660, 2720 or 2730

For that price, I'd get the 2620 from eBay and save a few bucks.

You save some with that unit, but you still have to load local maps.

The Tom Tom is a decent portable unit but can be annoying to use, you might as well save some money and go for the newest Garmin or at least the somewhat newest i think the 330 is what KuyaMark has and it has never let us down on any of our frag trips lol and its incredibly easy to use with its touch screen and can be swapped in and out of cars 1-2-3...Just plug and play.....

If you wanna spend the money look into any of the in dash units Pioneer, Eclipse etc...(only problem with some in dash units is they have a motion detector system built in so its hard to do stuff while driving, only when stopped can info be entered) ...My friend just got the new Acura TSX and his in dash unit by acura is incredible, i mean pinpoint accurate and the details on the maps are amazing plus it has built in DVD monitor...:thrash:

I have the Tom Tom 700 Works great has bluetooth capability for your phone.very atisfied with mine. Thw 350 (with out phone) is around 399.00 at best buy
