If you have privacy concerns about Facebook, don't use it. The argument that you can't delete things is absurd. In real life, you don't get undos, so why is this such a big deal?

Millions of people use FB to communicate, and many businesses use it to promote and market themselves.

While I've stood behind some of anon's past actions, this attack would mean damaging communications worldwide, and hurting small businesses, which is unacceptable.

Even if they can "kill" facebook, wouldn't you think there's a backup of all the data somewhere?
And yeah, if you're concerned about privacy, don't use it!

The issue with anon is that there is no central leadership. Anyone is able to post a Op, and this one is legit. What makes or breaks an anon op is the number of anons who actually get onboard.

Anon's "non-leadership" posted that it wasn't officially sanctioned (I still don't understand how an organization can sanction something without leadership), but that it was being planned by some anons.
