Just had to share this with you. This is for anyone thinking of upgrading your current PC monitor.
I went into CompUSA & compared all the available monitors. It turns out that the Sony XBrite series REALLY stands out. All the other monitors looked bland & dull, but this Sony brings a whole new dimension to LCD's. As in WHOLLLYYY )&*)#$&)_$# WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have to see to believe. Anyway MSRP is $549 & just this week went to down to $519. As a bonus there is a $100 rebate offered at participating stores.
Model number of the one I bought is Sony SDM-HS95P/S. I bought mine on ebay for $420 shipped & practically new. There are good deals out there.
So where does this all fit into the reef scene? Well, my pics & videos have never looked better on my monitor. There is detail where I have not seen any before.
