Krock before? freeFM now?

hey i hope there are many alternative rocker lovers out there, what do you listen to since Krock is now a talk station?

Also do any of you guys listen to the Free FM channel? there are some pretty good talk shows on :p

this has been my station on the NJ shore since 1980 when u2 first came to the states and they were totally alternitive...they were great during the 80's and 90's thy changed thr format slightly but still good...

I tried the whole talk all day thing but I miss the music. The krock from last year was my favorite. Then it went to no more indie. Now it's no more music

Actually the KROCK days of Classic rock were the best but the last year was the second best for them. When WNEW switched to their new format and KROCK went all talk and 104.3 is all that's left I went and bought XM radio. They have Rock-n-Roll Oldies like the old CBS FM used to play and Country music as well. All I listen to on regular radio now is Friday Nite Rocks with Eddie Trunks and the Scott and todd show on PLJ in the AM. XM even has pretty decent traffic no need to listen to 880 or 1010 for that.

i hate classic rock, it't just not my thing hehe. I like alternative.

Free FM suxs..1. No Howard Stern..in the AM... #2.. KRock had most of the bands that sold out...Once in a while some good music such as Coheed..It was also good when they had some classic rock...now they are just a weak station...time to move on to Sirius(spelling?)
